There are two charging bands:

£45 per hour - design work

£25 per hour - surveying and drawing an initial site plan, sourcing goods and services, or overseeing any agreed project.

In addition, travelling expenses and out of the ordinary disbursements will be charged at cost.

The report and an outline master plan based on the site plan will be produced offsite and submitted within 28 working days unless otherwise agreed.

There is a minimum fee of £200.
